Shipping policy

Personalised items will normally be shipped by Royal Mail 24.

Please see individual listings to understand the time needed to manufacture your personalised item before it can be shipped. This is usually between 24 hours and seven days, depending on the product.

Please be aware that shipping is outside of our control once dispatched.  However, please be assured that in the event of non-delivery, your item will be replaced free of charge.

Generally UK shipped packages require up to seven working days before a claim can be made. Iternational items require 30 working days before a claim can be made via Royal Mail Limited.
