Children's Drawing Keepsake Keyring

Turn your child's (or Adult's) precious drawings or handwriting into a personalised keepsake.

These personalised artisan-made keyrings are an ideal way to treasure the drawings or handwriting of your loved ones permanently. Suitable as a special gift for Mums, Dads, Grandparents, Aunts or Uncles and friends.

Made by laser engraving, your drawing onto a solid Beechwood blank with either a Heart-Shaped Split Ring or Circular Split Ring.

Two options to choose from.

Option 1 Drawing or Handwriting on the front and message in Segoe Print font on the back.

Option 2 two drawing/handwriting, one on either side - Send us two different images. We engrave one on the front and the other on the back. You can also add a short message of around 30 characters. The Font style used is Segoe Print or similar, dependent on placement and the number of characters.

Ideally, the supplied image(s) should be monochrome, meaning a single dark ink colour on white paper. If you have a colour image, we will do our best to convert your image to monochrome for engraving.

How to take your photo...

All you need to do is take a photo on your smartphone and upload it in an Etsy message once you have ordered. Please remember to include your order number) Would you mind ensuring there is no SHADOW when you take your photo? Doing this does help us! Best to take the picture outside in daylight or by a window.

We recommend taking a photo from an A4 size drawing in landscape or Portrait format on plain white paper. Your supplied photographed drawing should be ideally 'black and white'; this gives the best contrast for our software to trace and encode. If your drawing has colour, there will be no colour in your laser-engraved picture, and some details might be missed.

To maximise the available space on the keyring and make your drawing as large as practically possible, we may place the image in Portrait, Landscape, or at an angle orientation. We may, at our discretion, resize elements of the image to improve the clarity of the picture.

You'll receive your personalised solid Beechwood Keyring in a small Jute gift pouch. You can also include a gift message at checkout, which will be printed and included with your keyring.

To help preserve your personalised keyring, a coat of Lemon Oil Polish will be applied over the Beechwood surface. Please note: Take care when typing, as we cannot be held responsible for your spelling and/or typographical errors; once engraved, the text cannot be changed. Double-check your text before submitting it.

The Beechwood block is 55mm x 30mm x 7mm+ total length, with the Split Ring, it is 90mm (All measurements given are approximations)

The fewer characters, the larger the print font used. Our technician will endeavour to create the best positional match for the number of characters in each line of text. To help preserve your personalised keyring, a coat of Lemon Oil Polish will be applied over the Beech Wood surface.
